Message	dialectic constant to determine ethanol content. I don't drive my z over the winters and it is stored with 25% ethanol fuel. The percentage of ethanol in my fuel doesn't change over the winter. If it was absorbing water the dialectic constant would change and it would show an increase in ethanol content. I do have a sealed fuel tank, but I don't have a problem with water in my fuel. Never had a problem for over a year.
